Tips on healing negative body image


Why can't we all just be happy with the way we are???


1. Don't focus on all the things you are never going to have. I am never going to have cute tiny feet, its just not gonna happen! 
2. Instead focus on the positive things you like about yourself. I have learned to like my curly hair for its uniqueness  Even though I want to rip it out some days (like today:) 
3. Focus on all the things your body allows you to do. Ponder the magnificence of your body. 
4. Don't compare yourself with others. Instead focus on the good in yourself and others. Be your best self instead of wishing you were someone else.
