Become friends with your body.
Pay attention to how you treat your body today. What thoughts do you have about it? How do you feel about it? What do you say to it? Are you your bodies friend or are you its enemy?
For every negative thought you think about your body today or any unkind words you say about it write down 3 positive things about your body. Start treating your body with the love and respect it deserves. Think of all that your body does for you.
The expectations on Women and their bodies these days are unrealistic. "Your body is not a democracy, you're the only one who gets a vote" You get to decide if you love it or not. What others think of your body doesn't matter. It is yours to use, yours to experience life, yours to enjoy, and yours to take care of with love and kindness. Don't wait until you hit that magic number or size to love and appreciate your body. Love and appreciate it NOW and you will be happy with the size and weight where your body naturally wants to be because your body is yours and you love it for all it does for you. There is no reason not to love your body today and start taking better care of it today because you love it, not because you loathe it.

So keep a list of all the positive things about your body. What it does for you and what you appreciate about it. Strive to replace your negative body talk with these. Remind yourself throughout the day "my body is not a democracy I am the only one who gets a vote." Really try to connect with your body today in a loving, caring, grateful way.
